All orders at Fornaio Fine Gastronomy are prepared fresh and made from scratch with premium ingredients and genuine Italian craftsmanship. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit on completed orders. Orders that are not picked up during business hours are considered fulfilled and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and the trust you place in our work.

NO-CANCELLATION POLICY
Every order placed at Fornaio is made to order, crafted with care and intention from the moment it is confirmed. As such, we do not offer refunds on cancelled or abandoned orders. If you need to make changes to your order, please notify us at least 4 days in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the change.
